Welcome to Jain Jewellers. By accessing our website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our website.

1. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing and using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, specifications, colours, weights, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, slight variations in colour, finish, size, appearance, weight, or texture may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, screen settings, manufacturing processes, or the handcrafted nature of jewellery.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices, offers, discounts, and promotions may be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, Jain Jewellers reserves the right to cancel the affected order.

If payment has already been received for an order cancelled due to a pricing or technical error, the applicable amount will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Orders & Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

All orders are subject to product availability, payment confirmation, address verification, and acceptance by Jain Jewellers.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or technical errors

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information

  • Payment issues

  • Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity

  • Duplicate or unusually large orders

  • Violation of these Terms of Service

  • Any other operational or legal reason

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Payments

We accept payments through secure payment gateways and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment confirmation, except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and orders placed using our Partial Payment / Partial COD option.

For Partial Payment / Partial COD orders, the amount paid at checkout is subject to the terms stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Partial Payment / Partial COD

Jain Jewellers may offer a Partial Payment / Partial COD option for eligible orders.

Under this option, the customer may be required to pay a specified amount at the time of placing the order, with the remaining amount payable upon delivery.

The amount paid at the time of placing the order is non-refundable if the customer refuses, fails to accept, or otherwise does not receive the order, including where the order is returned to us as Return to Origin (RTO).

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours, unless otherwise stated on the website.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, operational delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and valid contact details.

Jain Jewellers shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. RTO / Failed Delivery

If an order cannot be delivered and is returned to us due to:

  • Customer refusal

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Failure to accept delivery

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

the order may be treated as a Return to Origin (RTO).

Any refund, Store Credit, or additional shipping arrangement for an RTO order will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

For Partial Payment / Partial COD orders, the amount paid at the time of placing the order is non-refundable in the event of an RTO caused by a customer-related delivery issue.

9. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped, subject to our cancellation policy.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If an approved cancellation is eligible for compensation, the applicable amount will be issued as Store Credit in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Our products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

Replacement may be provided in cases involving:

  • Damage during transit

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect product received

Any such claim must comply with the requirements and timelines mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy, including the requirement for a complete, unedited 360° unboxing video where applicable.

11. Store Credit

Where Store Credit is issued under our Return & Refund Policy:

  • Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

  • Store Credit can be used towards eligible purchases from Jain Jewellers.

  • Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Store Credit cannot be transferred unless otherwise approved by Jain Jewellers.

  • Applicable shipping or payment processing charges may be deducted where stated in our policies.

12. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional offers, discounts, coupon codes, and other offers may be subject to specific terms and conditions.

Jain Jewellers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.

13. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Brand name and logo

  • Product images

  • Product descriptions

  • Graphics

  • Videos

  • Designs

  • Website content

  • Text

  • Trademarks

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from the use of this website or purchase of products from Jain Jewellers shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
